NOTE:  We are not the "cheapest" NOR the most "expensive" option around.  
We realize this and want to ensure you understand what you are paying for with an "apples to apples" comparison:
When cost comparing please keep in mind that you can save 10% on each additional students tuition, per month, if you are enrolling siblings AND that we do not have any "surprise" fees and instead have an all inclusive flat rate payment system.

1.  Our goal is to educate your child while enriching their life....which to us is Priceless!

2.  Our instructors are all adults.  We do not allow students to instruct classes, but we do offer opportunities for students to be in our mentor program and therefore they may be allowed to observe or shadow staff in class.

3.  For the Fall season - we run an 8 month season and therefore our annual early pay 5% discount is applied to 8 months of tuition and recital fees and host our recital at the end of April to ensure we don't overlap with all of the busy end of school year activities in May

4.  We provide parents a detailed list of all fees and costs associated with our dance season as mentioned above, so there are no surprise fees and no lump sum payments for costumes due all at once.  We spread all of your costs out over the entire season so you can pay a flat rate and budget accordingly.  AND we provide every class with a private BAND AP GROUP where they can access music, videos, notes from staff and more to stay connected

5. Unlike ANY other studio around our area, we are providing a 6000 sq ft facility complete with

• Large lounge/waiting rooms for parents and students 
• Free WiFi and access to TV with Disney Plus 
• Playroom for toddlers/siblings
• Multiple restrooms and infant changing table
• Kitchenette with fridge, sink and microwave
• Dedicated parking lot (no sharing with other businesses)
• Security cameras with Parent Watch Weeks scheduled once per quarter
• Birthday gift of $2 off coupon for the boutique for students celebrating their birthday
• Gold Winners (3-4 picked quarterly and awarded a gift certificate to the CMI boutique as a prize)
• Giveaways and give outs to all students for special holidays

​            .......and more.....none of which is cheap or free and requires not only upkeep and maintenance, but constant
                   cleaning, maintenance, refilling, etc.  Our owner has done her best not to pass a large portion of these costs on
                   to you, but instead mere dollars per month for these added amenities. 

6.  We are not ONLY a dance studio, but strive to offer products, services and events that can benefit our entire community, adults of all ages and children with special needs.  You will find our staff and owner donating their time, services and more throughout the year at various local organizations such as

• Choreography donated for EHS Show Choir
• Choreography donated for EHS Drama Dept 
• Dance Instruction donated for annual events at local schools
• Dance performance and tutu giveaway at Berlin Hts Basket Festival & Milan Melon Festival annually
• Performances within and Donation of extra flowers, cookies, popcorn, various treats and coloring or reading supplies and more to various local assisted living facilities after recital and special events
• Donations of various gift baskets and gift certificates annually to local school organizations such as EHS Cheer, PTO's and more
• Donations every Christmas to OhGo, Angel Tree and Local Assisted Living Facilities

7. Our facility feels more like a home than a commercial business.  We strive to be all inclusive and ensure that everyone feels a part of the CMI dance family.  It is also for this reason that we are a NO DRAMA studio and require all of our STUDENTS, PARENTS & STAFF to be kind, be thoughtful, be courteous and refrain from any type of negative or rude behavior towards anyone at any time.  We are a learning environment - which requires structure and stability just as much as it requires encouragement and accolades.

8. We offer an ALL INCLUSIVE FLAT RATE COSTUME & PERFORMANCE FEE PROGRAM - no hidden fees or lump sums!! 
This means that we handle all measurements, ordering, fittings, alterations, provide hangers, steam/press AND include an instruction sheet and accessory bag with all costumes.  This fee also includes tights, hair pieces and any other costume accessories needed for their performance.

9.  We offer a retail store inside our studio with essentials such as dance shoes, leotards, dance shorts, bun helpers and more - typically at a fraction of the cost of other local dancewear stores.  We also offer the ability to order in most any dancewear item, including shoes, from all of the most popular brands (Bloch, Capezio, etc).  In addition, our boutique offers lots of products from local vendors for the entire family (such as soaps, candles, clothing, jewelry, snacks & food and more!)

10.  We offer a Local Performance Company and individual solo, duet and trio competition opportunities for our students like many other studios do, however, it is not the focus of our studio and our Recreational students make up almost our entire studio enrollment.  

11.  We provide dance, acro, cheer, voice and musical theatre AND NOW DRAMA AND MUSIC classes all as part of our scheduled classes and all in the same facility.  Most dance studios only offer dance, acro and maybe cheer....but we have brought together a widely talented staff to be able to provide all of these skills in one studio.  Any student looking to improve their performance skills has an opportunity to learn, thrive and perform through our facility.

12.  We provide fundraising opportunities to our ENTIRE STUDIO several times throughout the Fall season to help you raise funds to pay for class tuition, recital fees, etc.  (No refunds or cash value.)...see details about our past fundraisers below!
