RENT OUR FACILITY for your next party or event!!!

Our unique and handicap accessible facility boasts over 6000 Sq Ft in total.
On the main floor you will find a handicap accessible ballroom with 1400 Sq Ft of hardwood bamboo floors and beautiful beamed woodwork on the tall vaulted ceilings.  In addition, there is a large entryway and waiting room with handicap accessible restroom.

The downstairs level is not handicap accessible, but does include a kitchenette, kids playroom full of toys, electric fireplace, smart tv with Disney+, and access to both a men's and women's restroom.

You are welcome to bring your own food, beverages, decorations, tables, and chairs as well!

Although our facility is in use for weekly scheduled dance classes, art classes and other programs - we also offer it for rent to the public. Great for birthdays, bat mitvahs, family reunions, graduations, holidays and more!

Our dedicated parking lot accommodates 40 parking spaces, including one handicap parking spot next to our handicap ramp.

The first floor (upstairs) is handicap accessible and has a handicap accessible restroom as well. It consists of the large room with bamboo floors and vaulted ceilings.   In addition there is a small pass through seating/waiting room on the first floor which gives you a total of apx 2000 sq ft of space.

*Rent the upstairs ballroom level for $225 per day  12pm-10pm
- includes access to ballroom, lobby & 1 handicap unisex restroom
  - includes 6 - 6' tables and 40 folding black metal chairs (you are welcome to bring more of your own as well)

​The downstairs level (which is not handicap accessible) consists of the lounge, toddler play room, kitchenette, a mens and a womens restroom totaling an apx 2000 sq ft of rentable space.

*Rent the downstairs lounge, kitchenette & playroom for $150 per day 12pm-10pm
 - includes downstairs lounge, kitchenette, toddler playroom, tv with Disney+, mens and womens restrooms
 - includes 6 - 6' tables and 40 chairs (you are welcome to bring more of your own as well)

**Rent the entire facility and have access to both levels for only $300 per day  12pm-10pm



We provide trash cans, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies so that you can clean up when you are done and leave your trash behind in our onsite dumpster.

The facility sits on over 2 acres and is backed by Edison Woods.  
NO OPEN FIRES or FIREPITS permitted.
NO BALLOON RELEASES as we do not want them caught in our trees/woods.
