Level 1/2 - ages 7-12 (must be 7 by their first class AND must have taken at least one year of Ballet prior)

Level 2/3 - suggested ages 9-13 (requires at least 1 year of Lyrical prior)

TEEN JAZZ - this is a beginner/intermediate level class for suggested ages12-18

Lyrical dancing is a combination of classical ballet, modern and jazz.  A lyrical dancer portrays the emotions of the music and lyrics of the song.   Lyrical dance is often described as "flowy and beautiful" and is known for showcasing transitions between movement fluidly.

Summer Session will not include any costumes or recital, but will include some technique as well as combinations.
Fall Session classes will culminate in an annual Recital and include added costs such as costume and recital fees.

​Dress Code Required for ALL Students:   leotard/unitard or other form fitting clothing, BALERA or BLOCH brand Nude Half Sole shoes (available for sizing and purchase in our CMI Boutique).  Hair should be up and away from face in a pony tail, braid, etc.
