Options for all Youth, ages 0-18 years are available to choose from, with various seasons to sign up and join throughout the year.

Adult Programs and Classes (18+)

Adult Ballet/Barre

​ADULT (18+) Ballet/Barre Class combines learning the basic techniques of ballet and incorporates barre work as well.  Here is the perfect introduction to the wonderful world of ballet dancing for those who have never studied ballet or haven't danced since childhood.  


Only $10 per class!

Classes held FRIDAYS 6-7 pm (Jan-Mar)

Adult Tap

ADULT (18+) Tap Class combines learning the basic techniques of tap and how to put the tap moves into a dance combination to music.   Here is the perfect introduction to the wonderful world of Tap dancing for those who have never studied Tap, or haven't danced since childhood.

Only $10 per class!

Zumba Fusion & Cardio Drumming

Move with Struve hosts weekly Zumba and Cardio Drumming classes at CMI for adults.

Cardio Drumming Benefits:

Cardiovascular Benefits: It elevates your heart rate, improving cardiovascular fitness. The rhythmic movements involved in drumming provide a good aerobic workout. Full-Body Engagement: Cardio-drumming engages multiple muscle groups, including the arms, core, and legs, which can help improve strength and coordination.

Yoga

Move with Struve hosts weekly Yoga classes at CMI for adults.  Yoga has been proven to:

  • improve strength
  • improve balance
  • increase flexibility
  • improve blood flow
  • improve breathing techniques
  • ease back pain
  • improved mobility

Yoga is as good as basic stretching for easing pain and improving mobility in people with lower back pain. The American College of Physicians recommends yoga as a first-line treatment for chronic low back pain as well as relief for arthritis symptoms.

Practicing Yoga has also shown to:

  • relieve stress
  • increase overall heart health
  • encourage social engagement
